AICC Young Business Forum – The Food Tech Revolution

This was our last Young Business Forum for the year, we enjoyed a drink with other young executives from across the AICC network and learnt more about the food tech revolution, and why cultivated meats and protein is on the menu of the future.

We were joined by innovator, entrepreneur and inventor Professor Yaakov “Koby” Nahmias, Director of the Alexander Grass Center for Bioengineering at Hebrew University; Founder & President, Future Meat Technologies; Founder & CSO, Tissue Dynamics whose cultured meat solutions are revolutionising what we eat.
