Content Upload Form for Summit Sponsors and Showcase Participants

The Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce thanks you for your participation in and support of our annual Australia-Israel Innovation Summit & Israel Innovation Showcase.

This web form is designed to capture everything we need from you to create your unique company page on our event website and enhance your market exposure prior, during and after the Summit.

Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Please complete the other fields that are relevant to your company.

Important: Once this web form is submitted you will be unable to personally edit your content. By- clicking SUBMIT your content will directly populate your dedicated page and will be live for all website visitors to see. Please ensure the accuracy of your content BEFORE submitting.

This information will be shown at the top of your dedicated company page. Please complete the fields relevant to your company.

Logo & Promotional Assets

It is mandatory to upload your company logo and you have the option to also upload a brochure/flyer, video and/or photos to your company page. Important - please double check all your attachments before submitting. Once received they will upload directly to your company page and cannot be edited.

Logo – Maximum 500 KB. Recommended pixel dimensions 500 W x 400 H. Only JPG, WEBP or SVG files accepted.

Brochure – Maximum 5 MB. Only PDF format accepted.

Video – Only YouTube accepted. Ensure video is set to public and embed option is on.

Photos – Up to 9 photos of maximum 1 MB each. The order they are uploaded is the order they will appear on the carousel of images on your page. Recommended pixel dimensions 1280 W x 660 H. Only JPG or WEBP files accepted.

About Your Company

This section is where you can promote information about your company.

Showcase category - So we can index your company, please indicate your area of business, eg Artificial Intelligence, Connectivity, Customer Data, Cyber Security, Finance, HeathlTech.

Short Description - This will appear at the top of your company page (maximum 450 characters).

Page Content - We recommend limiting your text to 5-6 short paragraphs maximum and use CAPS for your headings.

Important - Again a reminder to double check your copy before submitting. Once uploaded content will be live and edits are not possible.
