Young Leaders Program

Australia’s next generation of emerging leaders

The AICC Young Leaders Program (YLP) is a cohort of next generation leaders with multi-sectoral experience unified by a common desire to learn and possessing a strong sense of curiosity to progress their leadership journeys.

The YLP program meets four times a year for sundowner networking to share ideas and connect with Australian business leaders, innovators and those driving the national business agenda.

Past YLP program presenters include Peter Tonagh, Deputy Chair ABC, and Chair of Quantium and Honey Insurance; Robin Denholm, Chair, Tesla and Tech Council of Australia; Paul O’Sullivan, Chairman, Singtel Optus, ANZ Banking Group and Western Sydney Airport Corporation; and Nicholas Moore, Former CEO, Macquarie Group.
