Dr Kira Radinsky is the CEO & Chief Technology Officer of Diagnostic Robotics, a company revolutionising healthcare by harnessing advanced AI technologies to improve accessibility and affordability. Using billions of medical records and AI algorithms, it develops diagnostic and prediction systems tailored for healthcare, particularly relieving emergency room loads.

She is also a Scientific Co-Founder of Mana.bio, an AI-based drug delivery startup focussing on gene therapy including DNA- and RNA-based therapeutics and vaccines.

As a data science expert, Radinsky is passionate about using medical data mining to predict the future and save lives. Her groundbreaking work at Microsoft Research earned international acclaim for predicting globally impactful events like political riots and disease epidemics.

In 2012, she co-founded SalesPredict, a company that utilised web data and external dynamics to develop predictive data mining algorithms for sales conversions. Acquired by eBay in 2016, she went on to serve as eBay Director of Data Science and their Israel Chief Scientist, driving transformative solutions in predictive data mining, deep learning, and natural language processing for eCommerce.

Her passion for predicting has earned her numerous accolades, including MIT Technology Review’s 35 Young Innovators Under 35 in 2013, Forbes Magazine’s 30 under 30 rising stars in enterprise technology in 2015, and Israel’s financial daily Globes’ ‘Woman of the Year’ in 2016. She is a sought-after speaker at global tech events and academic conferences, and her insights are published in the Harvard Business Review and TEDx.

She is a visiting professor at the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and has been a board member for the Israel Securities Authority, Maccabi Health Data Science Institute, and the technology board of HSBC bank.
