After a brief presentation, Kevin led participants through a guided meditation. There was the opportunity to socialise and broaden social networks.

Stress and burnout are becoming more common in the workplace. With the added dimension of constant connectivity, our bodies are spending more time in ‘Fight or Flight’ mode, with many work cultures adding to the problem. All of this impacts our work performance, health and wellbeing. How can meditation and mindfulness help overcome this, allowing us to live to our full potential?
